About Us
Our Origin Story
It all began in a small studio in Nagpur, Maharashtra, where a group of game enthusiasts gathered around a table littered with sketches of chickens and cannons. The idea struck during a late-night brainstorming session in 2021, sparked by a ridiculous debate about whether chickens could launch eggs as weapons. What started as a joke evolved into a passion project, blending local folklore with a love for chaotic arcade fun.
Over months of prototyping, the team faced challenges—broken code, endless egg trajectory tests, and the occasional burnt-out keyboard—but their determination paid off. By early 2023, the first playable version emerged, delighting testers with its wild energy. Inspired by India’s vibrant culture, they added colorful visuals and quirky sound effects, turning Chicken Cannon into a game that celebrates creativity and absurdity.
The breakthrough came when a local festival showcased the game, drawing crowds who couldn’t resist the charm of feathered warriors. Feedback poured in, shaping the game’s evolution with new chickens, cannons, and power-ups. Launched officially in August 2025, Chicken Cannon became a hit, proving that a little silliness could launch a global phenomenon. Today, it stands as a testament to teamwork, resilience, and the joy of unexpected ideas.
